Mr. Davidson's practice is complimented by significant experience in assisting clients with negotiation and documentation of business transactions, especially in real estate related matters.
Mr. Davidson assists a wide variety of business concerns, including real estate developers, real estate agencies, construction companies, contractors, financial institutions, manufacturers, distributors, and retail operations. As a trial lawyer and transaction attorney, he is an advocate who brings a strong working knowledge of how to put together and close a business deal and zealously represent clients in trial if they become embroiled in dispute. If business matters become financially challenging, Mr. Davidson also represents clients to implement work-out strategies and in bankruptcy.
To provide added value for his clients, Mr. Davidson owns a title and closing company for which he is a licensed title insurance agent and also owns a real estate company for which he serves as principal broker. As a business owner, Mr. Davidson recognizes and respects his clients' need to accomplish cost-effective results.
Mr. Davidson's past legal experience includes serving on the board of directors of a prominent business law firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was a shareholder. He also served for three years as in-house, chief legal counsel for a public company in Arkansas.
Mr. Davidson was born in Rogers, Arkansas and is a life-long resident of Arkansas. He received his undergraduate degree at Hendrix College and his Doctor of Jurisprudence at Vanderbilt University School of Law.
Mr. Davidson is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Arkansas, and he is also licensed to practice in Colorado. He prosecutes and defends appeals to the Arkansas Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
